Steroid Cycle

How To Prevent Gyno / Bitch Tits During Your Steroid Cycle

What is Gyno?

Gynecomastia is a condition that makes breast tissue swell in boys and men. It can happen when the balance of two hormones in the body are thrown off. The male body predominately produces a hormone called testosterone and to a lesser degree a hormone called estrogen.

The ideal scenario is to keep these two hormones in balance with each other, the problem arises when this balance is affected or changed. Sometimes when that happens, a higher percentage of estrogen causes male breast tissue to swell.

Puffy Nipples

Puffy nipples and sensitive nipples can be referred to the beginning stages of gyno. If dealt with swiftly, the problem can be dealt with a making a few diet changes. Firstly, you could try to cut back on your sugar intake and lower your carbohydrates, this often times is a quick natural way to tackle the problem and can help bring back equilibrium between your hormones.

What can I do, puffy nipples are not going away?

At this point after you have made your diet changes and the puffiness hasn’t subsided you might want to try an aromatase inhibitor, also referred to as an ‘Ai’. Aromatase inhibitors work by blocking the enzyme aromatase, which turns the hormone androgen into small amounts of estrogen in the body. This means that less estrogen is available to stimulate the growth of breast tissue.

Below are list of some effective aromatise inhibitors/ estrogen blockers that we offer:

Arimidex (chemical name: anastrozole)

Approved and mainly used for breast cancer after surgery, some male athletes and bodybuilders who take anabolic steroids to build muscle also take Arimidex to help reduce the estrogen production that is a potential side effect of steroid use. Usually a starting dose is about at 0.5 mg every other day in the morning. You can then increase your dosage upwards to 1 mg every other until the puffiness and gyno related symptoms subside.

Aromasin (chemical name: exemestane):

Aromasin is stronger than arimidex and is a better choice for people that are more estrogen sensitive. It doesn’t only inhibit aromatise inhibitors within the body but it can also block aromatization out right. This means it can prevent the very formation of estrogen within the body rather than just suppressing it. Aromasin can lower estrogen levels within the body by 85% whereas arimidex only lowers it by 60% to 65%. Dosed at 25 mg per tablet usually used throughout a cycle and as pct.

Femara (chemical name: letrozole):

Letrozole has shown to reduce estrogen levels by 98% while raising testosterone levels. Recognised as the king when supressing eastrogen in the body it has become known as the go to drug when a individual is suffering with water retention and puffy nipples. Generally used a last resort by users when dealing with estrogenic related Sid effects when all else fails letrozole can virtually crush your estrogen levels and should only be used in the most severe cases of estrogenic side effects. Dosed at 2.5 mg per tablet.

We would like to remind our customers that the right dosage of these inhibitors depends solely on the individual, the best way to find out the effective dose for you is through bloodwork before, mid and after your cycle. A key factor to remember when dealing with trying to control your estrogen is you don’t want to crush your estrogen levels with dosing an aromatase inhibitor to high or too frequently. This can bring about problems such as low sexdrive, erectile dysfunction, feeling low, depressed and an overall sense of lack of enthusiasm. It should be noted and understood that if are suffering with a full-blown case of gynecomastia then your only route is surgery, aromatase inhibitors are only used in the prevention of keeping gyno at bay.
